History
ATRS eSports (formerly Apex Tech Racing) was founded as a group of amateur racer friends during the global pandemic by Ryan Donaher, CEO of Apex Technologies and friend/business partner EJ Feulner. After running season 1 of the Apex Technologies LMP2 Championship several more advanced drivers were attracted to the outfit, including Team Manager Chris Barrott and League Manager Jamie Conway, in May 2021. Further growth and recruiting has been directed by Team Manager Tom Male who joined the team in April of 2022. The team has secured entries in LMP2 and GT categories in both the IVRA Endurance Series and the SCO Endurance Series. The Apex Tech Racing #13 LMP2 car finished 2nd in the 2021-2022 IVRA Endurance Series Fall Season. The team has entered the 2022 Majors Series in the European Pro division and currently leads the team competition. ATRS eSports will continue competing in the top leagues and events on iRacing and will be participating in multiple sim racing titles in the future.
